A bit of History
Here in Brackley we have always been a little shy when it comes to Wine Merchants and Dealers.
Most shopping needs are catered for within Brackley and it boasts a number of small individual shops that take pride in giving a personal service. There is an Art Gallery and Picture Framers, the specialist Old Hall Bookshop where you can browse through a collection of centuries old antiquarian and second hand books as well as new, and a large antique cellar where you can view and choose from the collections of more than 140 independent antique dealers. Every day needs are catered for by specialist Greengrocers, Butchers, Florists, Chemists, Deli, and Newsagents. However Beers and Wines can only be purchased from large supermarkets.
Brackley Wines is a personal wine dealer where you can taste carefully selected wines from around the world, all in the comfort of your own home or at one of our many events.
Brackley Wines is a family run buisiness, set up in 2010 to provide fine wines to Brackley and surrounding villages. Since opening Brackley Wines have entertained over 400 people with wine tasting events, demonstrations and parties. In 2011 we teamed up with the Deli People ltd, and can now provide a relaxed and exciting Wine Bar for the people of Brackley. Since opening in March 2011 we have managed to provide a profitable venue and have added to this success by introducing hot food. We have also taken on Kirsty Dixon as an Wine Support for 2013 to help organise our monthly events including a Spanish Night, Italian Night, Demonstraions, Murder Mystery and lots lots more.
